On this page, away supporters will find useful information to help them prepare for their visit to FINEP Arena and support their team.
TICKETS FOR AWAY SUPPORTERS
Away supporters can purchase tickets for matches at FINEP Arena through our online ticketing system (ticket prices for each match can be found below). If tickets remain available, they can also be purchased on matchday at the ticket office located next to the away section. The ticket office opens 90 minutes before kick-off.
Both cash and card payments are accepted at the ticket office. Tickets for children under 130 cm (who do not receive their own seat) can also be purchased there.
If you purchase your ticket online, we recommend printing it before arriving at the stadium. However, tickets can also be scanned directly from your mobile phone at the entrance.
Wheelchair users can purchase tickets for regular matches through the online ticketing system for home supporters. For high-demand fixtures, please contact our Ticketing Manager, Ing. Tomáš Hynek, at tomas.hynek@fchk.cz, who will arrange the tickets individually.

The away supporters´ section is located in the south-east corner of FINEP Arena (see the stadium map at the end of this page – Section Q).
The stadium is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest bus stop is Koupaliště Flošna, located directly in front of the stadium. From the main railway station, you can reach the stadium by bus No. 7.
If you are travelling by supporters´ coach, please let us know in advance. We will arrange for your coach to stop directly next to the away entrance, ensuring the shortest possible walk to the stadium. This will be coordinated in cooperation with the Czech Police.
If you are travelling by car, parking is available at the car park next to Flošna Water Park. Parking is also available in front of the stadium´s North Stand.
INSIDE THE STADIUM
Before your visit, we recommend reading the Stadium Regulations.
Access to the away section is through Entrance No. 6 on the south-east side of the stadium.
Please note that security checks will be carried out at the entrance, so we recommend arriving well in advance of kick-off. Items prohibited by the Stadium Regulations are not allowed inside the stadium. We therefore advise leaving such items at home. If you do bring prohibited items, they may be deposited at the stadium´s storage facility.
Anyone attempting to bring pyrotechnics, weapons or any other prohibited items into the stadium will be refused entry and handed over to the Czech Police.
Flags displaying illegal or otherwise inappropriate content are also prohibited. FC Hradec Králové takes a clear stand against all forms of racist and extremist symbolism.
Please note that the away section is monitored by a high-quality CCTV system.
If you are unable to obtain a ticket for the away section but still wish to attend the match, please respect that supporters wearing away colours or displaying away club symbols will not be admitted to the home sections. Such items may be left at the stadium storage facility.
When viewing the stadium map, please note that the stadium is shown from the north (the Orlice River side). Flošna Water Park is located across the road on the right-hand side.
SECTION Q
Section Q, designated for away supporters, has a capacity of 525 seats.
The section includes a refreshment stand where card payments only are accepted. Male and female toilets are available, as well as a platform for the capo (support leader).
There is ample space for displaying flags. Please follow the instructions of the stewards regarding flag placement. Flags and other displays must not cover advertising boards.
CHOREOGRAPHIES
If you intend to bring a supporters´ choreography (tifo) to FINEP Arena, please inform the FC Hradec Králové Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) well in advance.
Approval will be subject to an inspection and consultation between the club´s Security Manager and the Integrated Rescue System authorities. The final decision will be communicated to the visiting club´s SLO.
AFTER THE MATCH
For high-risk or high-profile fixtures, supporters may be required to remain temporarily inside the stadium after the final whistle, as instructed by the stewards or the Czech Police.
Should this be necessary, an announcement will be made over the stadium public address system. Please follow all instructions given by the stewards and the police to ensure a safe and smooth departure from FINEP Arena.
